Sexyy Red Revealed That Her ‘Dream Collab’ Is Coming Soon
More Sexyy Red news is coming out of her weekend at London’s Wireless Festival.
While chatting backstage with British interviewer Rambo she was asked her dream collab and not only did she say it who it was, the two have already done something together. “I did my dream collab already — Tyler the Creator,” she answered.
We all remember when Redd and Tyler first linked up and gave us a photo shoot for the ages. They ran into each other backstage at a Drake show in L.A. during the Toronto rapper’s It’s All a Blur tour and hit a couple poses. She immediately posted the pics on X with the caption,” My dreams came tru.”
We’re going to have to wait and see how that collab sounds, though, as Redd didn’t go into detail other than they’ve worked on something already. Hopefully that song comes sooner rather than later because it’s surely capable of sending Rap Twitter into a frenzy.
The St. Louis rapper also dropped the news that her and Chief Keef have a joint album in the works during a Viper magazine interview backstage at the Wireless Festival. “That’s my boo… We droppin’ an album soon,” she said when asked about her relationship with the influential Chicago rapper. “We just be on some money sh—. Some car sh—, fast cars. F—k these h—s. Buy some clothes. And keep your hair done,” is the description she gave of the project’s subject matter.
