IMPEL Partners With AMRA for Australia, New Zealand and Brazil
IMPEL has announced a new partnership with AMRA, the Kobalt-owned global digital licensing and administration platform. With this new deal, IMPEL, a global licensing collective made up of 57 independent music publishers in 14 territories, is now offering its services in Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and various Southeast Asian countries for the first time.
Through this partnership, IMPEL can now connect its membership (which includes ABKCO, Reservoir Media, Beggars Music, Bucks Music, CTM, TRO Essex and more) and maximize members’ collections in these markets with AMRA’s efficient and transparent licensing system.
The AMRA deal builds on the global network IMPEL has already cultivated through its partnerships with SACEM (Europe, Africa, Middle East and Indian subcontinent) and LatinAutor (Latin America) and CMRRA (North America).
