Metro Boomin Announces ‘Metro Boomin and Friends’ Hometown Show in St. Louis
Metro Boomin will perform a special “Metro Boomin and Friends” concert in his St. Louis hometown at the end of this month, Live Nation announced Friday (July 19).
The homecoming show is set for July 29 at St. Louis’ The Pageant, just one night before he and Future embark on their We Trust You Tour, which kicks off July 30 at Kansas City’s T-Mobile Center. The rapper-producer duo’s 27-date North American tour will go through major cities like Atlanta, Chicago, Brooklyn, Toronto, Houston and Los Angeles before wrapping up Sept. 9 in Vancouver, B.C.’s Rogers Arena.
Tickets will be available starting Monday, July 22, at 10 a.m. local time at livenation.com.

Metro and Future dropped two albums this year, We Don’t Trust You and We Still Don’t Trust You, which both debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. “Like That” with Kendrick Lamar from the first album spent three weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100, while “Type Shit” with Travis Scott and Playboi Carti reached No. 2, “Cinderella” with Scott reached No. 6, “We Don’t Trust You” reached No. 8 and “Young Metro” with The Weeknd reached No. 9.
He performed in St. Louis back in May during Metro Boomin Night at Busch Stadium, when he famously played his AI-generated “BBL Drizzy” for fans. And last March, he repped the St. Louis Cardinals during Major League Baseball’s Opening Day. Who knows which of his famous friends he’ll bring back home with him this time.
